Because we’re a small, family-owned business and each item is made or packed with care, all sales are final. Your satisfaction means everything to us, and we want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t quite right, here’s what to do:

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we’ll gladly make it right with a replacement as quickly as possible. Just email us within 7 days of delivery at torchandtomecandleco@gmail.com and include your order number.
